When your back, knees, or joints hurt, everything slows down. You move less, avoid things you used to enjoy, and end up trying random stretches or workouts that never solve the real problem.
I look at the whole picture, not just the painful spot. Your movement patterns, old injuries, daily habits, and the ways your body has been compensating without you knowing. From there, I build a plan that reduces pain, improves mobility, and rebuilds real strength so you can trust your body again.
I train this way because I had to fix my own body. Years of athletics, the Marine Corps, and heavy iron work took a toll, and nothing helped until I learned how to address the root causes, not just the symptoms.
My goal is simple: help you move better, feel better, and get your life back.
